From the first tap to the end of the tour, you know where your guide is, how much you'll pay and when the tour starts.

Open the app, tap Guide now and see the guides available near you, each with their hourly rate.
Follow on the map
As soon as a guide accepts, you see them arriving live and can talk in the chat.
Start with your PIN
You give the guide the 4-digit PIN that appears only on your phone. It confirms the start of the tour.
Pay with Pix at the end
You pay for the actual tour time: the guide's rate plus the service fee, shown before you call.
For tour guides · during launch
You keep 100%
of your price.
During launch, the 10% service fee is charged to the traveler, on top of your price. Nothing is deducted from the price you set.

How you get paid
- You set your price.
- The traveler pays your price plus the 10% service fee.
- Once the tour is completed and paid, the amount goes to your wallet.
- You withdraw by Pix to your own key.
If the tour ends without the traveler's PIN, the amount is held for up to 3 days, or until support decides if it is disputed.

Every guide has their documents reviewed by our team before taking any tours.
Start and end PIN
The start and end of the tour are confirmed by a 4-digit code that appears only on your phone. If the code can't be used, you'll be notified.
